I am asking on behalf of someone travelling with PD solutions. The most will be 4 boxes of 2000ml. solutions. this will be a box with 6 bags inside.  A person who does Peritoneal Dialysis need this for their treatment.

This will most likely be a check in items but what exactly is the requirement? I hope the community will be able to share some tips or informations. Thank you all.

Liquids in general can be checked - see water or alcohol for instance, you should make sure they are protected/secured, possibly using the original shipping and packing materials. If there is any risk of a leak maybe wrap them in something else to contain it.

One distinction is if the person needs to have the medicine on them, then it is possible to bring larger liquid containers through security with extra screening.

Here is some more information from TSA, see if this covers the items:

And Southwest's policy:

I hope this helps!
