Today fed 16,2021 at approximately 150 pm I was refused time to board even after showing my vets disability card coming out of Baltimore by a very rude person during boarding your policy allows. The extra time.. I did inform this person of my disability and he turned his back and stated "I said I didn't call you" then turned his back refusing me i have two fake knees and bad back . This needs to be addressed

It's not clear if you had received pre-boarding or really what happened here.  Since this is a customer to customer Community I suggest you contact Southwest directly to discuss this issue.
