I flew Southwest this past Memorial Day weekend with my daughter. We flew from Portland, Maine to Tampa and back- with a layover in Baltimore. This was my first time flying since being disabled. My disability affects my walking. I use a walker- but for long distances require a wheelchair. I was a little nervous about how everything was going to work out for me. They had a wheelchair for me and wheeled me right to the gates on all flights. I (and my daughter) got to pre-board and were escorted right to the plane (on 2 occasions by the pilot!) and helped to my seat. My walker was loaded on the plane and was waiting for me at all locations. I could not believe how easy everyone involved made it for me to travel. I would like to thank you all and I would definitely recommend and fly Southwest again!

I agree. My travel experiences with SOUTHWEST had been very positive. A couple of issues here and there but always a helpful crew when problems arose.
