Flew rountrip from Hou to BWI.
On the return leg, wife luggage was totally destroyed. Went to baggage claim and there was nobody there, couldnt waiti around since we had a appt to make.
How is this possbile southwest? I flew over 100 times on other airlines and never had this issue. Flew on Southwest for the first time in 20 yrs and get this!
What is the best way to deal with this?

I am sorry you had that expience. I fly SW exclusively and do not find that this is a common problem.
