Flight #4807 12/21 out of Tampa

My husband and I were checking our bags at the drop baggage area we had never done that before and were unsure of the process. The lady behind the counter was very rude to us and told us from now on we should you the full service line. We have some health issues and were told not her problem never once did she offer to assist us and move from her spot. Not helpful at all. We have always been treated well with southwest very disappointed

Perhaps you'd like to file a complaint wth the airline?

Hate to hear. Def no excuse for being treated poorly. 

In the future, note that many SW counters have a self tag option where you tag the bag yourself and simply drop it off. If you need any extra time or are checking anything out of the ordinary, such as medical equipment, be sure to use the full service line.
