I found flights that had lower prices; I rescheduled. The website said I would receive credit for my lower-priced flights. Where on the site can I see those credits?

This link above will let you view remaining travel funds from your reservations and their expiration dates. You'll need the confirmation number along with your name to view them.

Just to go a bit further, Southwest doesn't keep a database of travel funds. Travel funds are linked to the confirmation number and are passenger-specific. So make sure to save your confirmation number so you can use the funds when you book your next flight.
