I purchased flight tickets two days ago at a higher rate and today the price drop approximately $60.00 per ticket. Is there any way to get a price adjustment? Or credit?

Yes. Go the the Southwest home page and click on cancel/change to change flight, then pick same flights.

You'll receive the difference as travel funds, usable by the original passenger(s) only, good for one year from the date you originally bought the first flight (new flight must be completed by that date). Be aware that when you apply funds to a new reservation, that new reservation takes on the (earlier) expiration date of the funds.
