Flying with Twins - 2 car seats in one row

I am flying with my 2 year old twins, they will each have their own ticketed seat and car seat. Does anyone know if it's possible to put the car seats next to each other at the window and middle seat while I sit in the aisle seat as to not block it for emergency access?

I know typically the car seats needs to be at the window seat but in this instance since there will be two can they be next to each other?

Yes, that's allowed. You can read more in the "what are the rules..." section here: https://www.southwest.com/help/additional-travel-accommodations/flying-with-infants
