Free inflight wifi continually disconnects/times-out during video

Whenever I try to use my Galaxy S5 mobile phone to view inflight video, it initially connects and plays just fine. Then after 5 minutes or so, it disconnects so I have to log in again, select the video, and it them resumes from where it left off. A few minute later it the problem resumes again. I've checked all my phone settings, but cannot find anything that may be causing this.

 

Anyone have any solutions, or ideas? I've searched online but do not find any answers.

So sorry to hear of this issue! Have you tried restarting the device? Does this help at all?
