Gate check xl folding stroller wagon

Hello. I wanted to check to see if I'd be able to gate check my double wide stroller wagon. I'll be traveling this month with my 7 and 4 year old. The wagon measures 33.5. (L) × 30 (w) × 16.5( height) when folded which is larger than most. So I would like to know if there is a size restriction for gate checking strollers? And is there a fee for this? Also would i be able to gate check this and two car seats ? Please lmk. Thank you!!!
