My Children will be flying to see their mom. However due to my work schedule I may not be able to take my children to the airport. Could my mom get an escort pass?

She should have no problem. Just have her show her ID at the full-service Southwest counter at check-in to make the request. There are occasionaly reasons why TSA may ask carriers not to grant escort passes, but it's rare. Your mom and kids may want to allow some extra time at the airport.

Yes your mom should be able to get an escort pass. To get the escort pass your mom would need her drivers licence and go to the full service ticket counter and check in with the kids.
