Well, nobody knows for sure.
I have no insider information on the topic, but since Hawaii service will be a big deal, my guess is that it will be announced with lots of PR and a big media splash - outside of a normal schedule update.
Of course my opinion could be worth what you paid for it -- nothing.., :=)
