Unfortunately we got caught up in Southwest’s Christmas crisis . . . they cancelled our flight on 12/27. We had to find a flight on a different airline. I have since tried multiple times to submit to SW the refund form. However, upon uploading the proving documents, the process ends (like it freezes up) without me being allowed to hit the submit. Then I tried calling SW and the robot said it will be a three-plus hour weight. I am way too old to sit on a phone for that length of time. Looking for suggestions, alternatives, etc.

Perhaps use a different browser or computer? I had no issues on a Windows system with Chrome.
