How do I access and use my future travel credits?

We booked tickets to Houston for SB but recently had to change to Ft Myers.  We received a $800 credit since flights are much cheaper now.  We then had to change one more time, the flight times to Ft Myers which was even better and received an additional $160 credit.  But now I can't find where the $800 credit went?  How do I find my total and then use these credit amounts for future flights? Thanks!

Hi. That's easy.

1) Log on to your SW account

2) Click on My Account

3)  At the top of the ensuing page are the words "My Travel Funds"

Click on it and your funds will appear.

If you don't have a Rapid Rewards account the credit will be under the confirmation number that you changed so your current confirmation number.
