I am flying from Honolulu to Hilo and it states:
A negative COVID-19 PCR test is required prior to travel
to avoid mandatory quarantineLearn more
Gov IGE states this:
As of June 15, 2021 - Inter-Island Travel changes, Vaccine Exemption for those vaccinated within Hawaii
Governor David Ige has announced that as of June 15, 2021, traveling inter-island within Hawaii no longer requires a pre-travel test, and there are no quarantine requirements for inter-island travel. There are currently no restrictions flying between islands within Hawaii.

It's not misleading. The warning on Southwest.com for negative tests and/or quarantining is for transpacific passengers who are traveling outside of Hawaii to Hawaii. This is explained clearly here:

It is misleading. At the top of my Air Reservation Details it says:
A negative COVID-19 PCR test is required prior to travel
to avoid mandatory quarantine
Has a big exclamation point!!!

Where on the link that you provided shows inter island travel?
My Reservation says a negative covid test is required before travel
Gov Ige says we dont have to.
I would say misleading.
Southwest needs to fix this on my reservation so more Hawaii Residents are not mis lead.

I don't necessarily agree with you, but you are welcome to submit your comments directly to Southwest.

Can you post a screenshot? It's possible that older information in the system hasn't been updated, as things have been changing frequently.
I'd also recommend sending a screenshot to Southwest directly, so that they can address any issue.

I live on Maui. To date, you do not need to take another Covid test for inter-island travel. But, do hold onto your boarding passes. When you arrive to Hilo and leave towards baggage claim or the airport, you will be required to show your boarding pass and an ID to confirm that you were an inter-island traveler to bypass the screening.
