The wife & I were awarded (2) vouchers for vacating our seats on a full flight that was "overloaded and unbalanced", they actually announced that..!
Well the vouchers were for $1600.00 each.
Uhh, nooo,,,, so sorry...after attempting to register and upload the data I discover the vouchers are $100.00,,, isn't that special...I smelled this rat from a mile away!
$100 doesn't even cover the rental car cost incurred for the last leg of the trip home...

I'd recommend calling Customer Service and see what they can discover.

Did they give you the paper voucher at the airport? Does it show $1600 on it?

Good news yall. My wonderful wife called customer service who said the balance on BOTH vouchers is $1600...Shame on me for thinking they would intentionally lie or deceive good folks for a profit..
