LUV Voucher not recieved / Case # never assigned

3 weeks ago, I spoke with a representative who helped change my expiring flight credit to a LUV Voucher (with the help of this online community for letting me know this was even an option,  as well as informing me that SW is waiving the usual $100 fee to do so, so thank you, kind strangers!)

 

I was told to be patient and that it could take up to 20-40 days. Fine.

 

As I'm waiting for this LUV Voucher to be sent to my email, I notice that because this process was started, my flight credit is no longer showing up in my account.

 

I called last week to speak with a rep, to check on the status of this travel credit to voucher change. She asked for my case number... I WAS NOT ASSIGNED ONE / NEVER RECEIVED ONE from the original call.

 

She basically told me that I was SOL and that it will show up in my email "soon".

Meanwhile I have nothing to show that I initiated this transfer, and the rep could see nothing on her end, except that it was in process . idk how she knew this, considering I don't have a case number and she never asked me for any of my info 🙂

You admit it's only been 21 days. Wait.
