I have booked a trip back in November 2017 to visit my family in Puerto Rico during the hurricane. However, had some articles missing and reported a incident report and have that information. They were suppose to send me a voucher and I never received the voucher I call customer relations and just tells me to go online and do it online. And here I am trying to figure out how to do it and request my voucher

I would call back again and try it with a new person just to be sure. This sounds like something tbat could be handled by phone a little easier.

 

If there wasn't a record on their end then I understand their viewpoint that you'd need to send in your documentation of the incident.
