Due to the ramp outage at Love Field during peak Spring Break travel on 3/11 our bags didn't make it to Florida. Baggage office there told us we would get $100 per person reimbursment (3 of us) if we purchased replacement items until our bags got delivered. So we bought $300 worth of stuff at Target but there is ZERO direction on the SWA website or baggage website or the incident report from baggage office on how to submit the receipt. I can't be the only one with this issue because there were 50 people on my flight alone with no bags.

I've solved my own problem. FINALLY got through to baggage office. Fax receipts to 469-603-5255 which actually rolls over to 214-792-7480. Include incident form from baggage office with incident number, name and phone, incidentals purchase receipt. There is no way to email the receipt or submit it online. Hopefully theyll call or email me to let me know they received it.
