we lost an ipad on the flight from denver to dallas on 10/11. The last location it shows is DAL airport. We were traveling with a 11 month lap child and a toddler and everything was haywire. I already filed a report with SW and provided the serial number. If somebody has found it, please return it to SW staff. I have numerous pictures of my baby on it and it’s not backed up. I am sooo angry with myself right now for not preserving it. Please please if somebody finds it, it would mean so much if I could see it again.

It's great that you were able to file a lost item report with the serial number. Assuming a passenger doesn't just find it and keep it, it may take several weeks or a month to get back to you through the lost item process. Good luck

As annoying as it is to hear, it's wishy washy! Best of luck it gets returned!

What is the probability of someone just keeping it? It’s 3 year old ipad with a screen lock. It must be useless to anyone who finds it.
