The Southwest Airlines website indicates Avis Rental Car is at the terminal. It is not at the terminal and you have to call Avis at the airport and they will send a shuttle to pick you up and take you to their offsite rental office. You also have to return your rental car to the offsite rental office and then take the shuttle back to the airport. If you're in a hurry it's better to rent a car from a company with offices and cars at the airport i.e. National for example.
