It's unclear what you're asking. But, in general, with a small exception for things like major sporting events, Southwest rarely adds additional flights to the published schedule.

I booked 10 flights that include 4 small children. Was just informed one of the parents cannot get time off and need to postpone the trip for 2 days. Original flight was a whopping $450 for each ticket (including 4 kids, ages 3 to 6). To change flights in both ends woul make fares nearly double, for off times and a plane change.

You might still be ahead of the other airlines by not having change fees, but yes it could be an issue if the prices of the flights have changed since you originally bought them.
Hopefully a sales comes up or the price drops a little for you to reduce the impact.
As mentioend previously though, I wouldn't expect there to be new flights added except for an unusual circumstance.
The situation makes sense if you are traveling to a destination that would be busy on Southwest such as during a festival where flights would be booked up months in advance.
