I am getting ready to make travel arrangements to California for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Is Southwest, along with the California airports, requiring proof of vaccination or a negative test to fly in and out? Any feedback is much appreciated.

No tests or proof of vaccination is required to anywhere within the continental United States.
