Oh Southwest .. . what is happening? I need to talk to customer service about taking an individual off a reservation that has three of us on it - without cancelling the reservation. I would do myself if I could . . . .
Have been on hold now for 30+ minutes?? No callback program anymore?

Unless your flight is in the next few days, an option would be to hang up and try later. There's no point in listening to elevator music unless you really need to.
