On hold for well over an hour now.

New Arrival

I am trying to see if I can extend my LUV voucher...I spoke with someone about a month ago and she said that I would be able to extend for another 6 months...but the expiration date was 9/27 and it was my husband's birthday and it totally slipped my mind until I saw my note to call again...and now I have seriously been on hold FOREVER, very unlike Southwest. I am calling the number on the voucher 866-393-2081.

You could try to contact customer relations via one of the other methods listed:
