Passenger left out during online booking

I have just booked 6 people for a domestic US flight.  When I received the confirmation only 5 had been included - the one senior passenger in the booking was left out!

My banking details show that the order was for a value equal to 6 passengers, but the actual charge was for 5.

Don't understand why the online system decided to exclude one of the passengers.  Has anyone else experienced this with online booking?


I am outside the USA and can't connect to the 1800 number.  Hoping to get a speedy response from the email service.

Just noticed this was a duplicate post.  Replies were given at
