Picking up young traveler from LGA

My son is 12 and he will be a young traveler next week. Traveling from MSY to LGA. When dropping him off, I know I can get a pass to bring him to the gate. My cousin is picking him up from LGA. Is she able to get a pass to meet him? If so, how? Everything I'm seeing is talking about dropping off, but not picking up.

Yes, it's the same process. Go to the full service check-in counter and request a pass. The cousin may want to have the flight info handy.
