We will be traveling soon with a portable oxygen concentrator for the first time. Is there any type of form or documents that we need to bring or fill out?

Do you have to notify Southwest Airlines before each flight that you have a portable oxygen concentrater when flying a round trip flight. (Already notified on first leg).
Thanks

Great question and I would think the answer is yes. The fastest way might be to call customer service who can code it on all your flights even if booked over the internet. 1-800-IFLYSWA.
have a great trip!
