Problem of purchasing gift cards via discover credit card

Hi,

I want to buy the gif cards via the southwest website.

The system always shows "We were unable to process your request right now. Please try again or if you continue to have difficulties, please contact a Southwest Airlines Customer Service Representative at 1-800-I-FLY-SWA (1-800-435-9792) (SW104105)"  whenever I would like to pay with my credit card(a discover card). 

Could anyone please tell me how to solve the proble. Thank you.

I'm not sure what the issue is, but if you really want to purchase them from Southwest I would suggest calling and completing the purchase over the phone. You can also purchase Southwest gift cards at a variety of other locations such as grocery stores and drug stores (Walgreens, CVS), as well as large stores like Walmart, Target, and Sam's Club.
