Hello, I'm considering having my mother fly in for Christmas and I have a few questions regarding wheelchair assistance. She's a senior and has trouble walking long distances and standing for extended periods of time. I've read that upon arrival wheelchair assistance can be requested curbside.
What does Southwest's wheelchair assistance entail?
Does it include assistance with checking in bags and help going through TSA?
Upon arrival, do they help with getting them to baggage claim and out to the pickup area?
Any information is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
