Hello,
Since you are refusing to let people fly without masks will you provide refunds for people who booked their flights before that became a policy. I know many people who would not have booked a flight if those were the rules, because they have trouble breathing for that long in a mask. It seems highly unfair of you to change the rules and then try to keep a customer's money.
Also will you have oxygen tanks on all flights in case people do get sick with a mask on and collapse with a reducing of oxygen.
Thank you.

Those who don't want to travel because they don't want to wear a mask can cancel their flights and get full credit for a future flight within the next 2 years (book and travel by September 7th 2022)
If you would like to request an exception to the policy you could reach out to customer relations at 855-234-4654 but as of now no airlines are issuing refunds for people who don't want to wear a mask.

But will you refuse to allow people to fly who are not wearing masks?
If you are refusing to let people to fly then you are the one who is choosing to prevent people from flying based on the rules that were in place when they bought the ticket as opposed to the person choosing not to fly.

People who have a medical reason to not wear a mask will be allowed to not wear one.
Heck after water and snacks are handed out, nobody who is eating/drinking will be wearing one,

Things Change. New knowledge should be used, not ignored.
Expecting everything to remain unchanged from ticketing to traveling is unreasonable.

Lol, if you have this much trouble breathing perhaps you should head to the hospital instead of the airport.
