Southwest cancelled my flight that I purchased with using Travel Funds. Do I have the option to get a cash refund rather than a Travel Fund credit?

Refunds are made back to the original method of purchase. You'll receive travel funds, but the good news is those funds will be given the extended expiration date of June 30, 2021.

If you think you might take the trip later (and if you snagged a low price on the cancelled flight , you also have the option of rolling to a future flight on the same route - up to 60 day out- at no cost.
That would preserve your low fare for the future flight.
Of course if the fare you paid is more than prevailing fares, that would make no sense.
