SWA’s excellent program for customers with disabilities

New Arrival

I flew SWA Flight # 852 on Saturday, January 14, 2017 BWI > FLL with a disabled friend.  Eddie, the young man from the Skycap area in Baltimore, who provided your wheel chair at curbside, was friendly, courteous and gentle.  The gate agent in Baltimore as well as the flight attendants and cockpit crew were awesome in terms of handling the disabled customer and particularly helpful in retrieving a missing cane from the gate area after everyone was on the plane.  Leslie, the Ft. Lauderdale Skycap person who assisted us to the curb for pickup, was likewise friendly, courteous and gentle. These folks clearly understand and live your mission.

 

Until we need it, we don’t appreciate capabilities like your service for customers with disabilities.  I am grateful for your excellent services.  Thank you Southwest.  SWA has been and will continue to be my preferred airline and I will share this story.
