Once again the saving seats lack of policy to hold to the boarding by position number is an issue. Just boarded and several seats saved again for people not even in the same boarding group. Only a matter of time until this causes a major confrontation. Please do not let this airline be the next on social media for failure to address this.

I was travelling with my adult niece. I asked SWA whether the first person could save a seat for the second (in case our boarding numbers were far apart) and was told yes, as long as I wasn't saving a bunch of seats. Other passengers didn't gripe, possibly because the seat I was saving was a middle seat.
I personally see no problem saving 1 seat for a companion, but a bunch of seats? That's getting ridiculous.
