Snowstorm is coming! What to do?

We are flying out of Tampa tomorrow at 6pm and landing in Grand Rapids, MI at midnight.  The snow/ice 4 day storm is supposed to hit Grand Rapids about 1pm.

Also, once we land we have to drive 3 hrs north in snow & ice to make it back for work. Would love to get earlier flights and avoid the whole mess!  Southwest won't switch us until they put out the weather alert but by then it will be too late.

Any suggestions?
