Some Travel Funds Expiring Have Not Been Extended

Diri
Explorer B

In looking at my travel funds on my account some have been extended to September 2022 while others expiring in May or July 1 2020 have not been extended. What should I do? Call a representative or wait a bit longer? Anyone else having this problem.

I would wait a little longer as they are still working to get expiration dates updated. If after about 2 weeks the dates haven't been updated I would reach out to Southwest on Facebook or Twitter so they can take a look and see if they have any updates.

I just checked mine. All show the 2022 expiration date - except the one I created today by cancelling a flight. I suspect the airline will catch up with that one shortly.

Same as @dfwskier for me. All of mine that qualify now show as the 2022 correct date. It did take a few days for them all to process.

I am very happy to report that as of this morning the issues were resolved (0n its own no call) and my travel funds have all been updated to expire September 7, 2022.

Thank you Southwest! See you in the skies as soon as it is safe.
