The SWA app no longer supports my phone. I told an agent and she said delete the app and reinstall. Did not work. Do I really want to fly with SW? They do not want me. I have choices.

Can you be a little more specific? What type of phone do you have? Is the software up to date?
Also, there is a mobile website as well.

+1 for using the mobile website.
If using a website with all of functionality you need instead of an app drives you to use a completely different airline that seems rather ridiculous to me, but sure, go ahead.
