I just had to cancel a flight leaving on September 25th due COVID 19 cases rising in Missouri. But the travel voucher is expire in February 2021....again. I will not be flying until a later time. Will SW be extending the policy of changing the expiration dates as COVID 19 is still spreading. If not I am now out $400....which is not right.

Unfortunately Southwest hasn't announced any new extension policies for flights cancelled after September 7th so as of September 8th flights cancelled will retain there travel fund value for a year from when you originally bought your ticket.
I do know on a case by case basis after the travel funds expire you could try Contacting Customer Relations and they sometimes have the ability to issue you a LUV voucher good for 6 months however they do take a $100 per travel fund for this exception.
