We had to cancel due to corona virus, customer service told us we would receive travel funds to be used towards future vacation. NEVER WERE WE TOLD THAT ONLY A PERCENTAGE COULD BE USED PER FLIGHT!! We saved our hard earned money for vacation we were forced to cancel and now only can use small portion per flight or vacation!!! Southwest vacation just told me they do this all the time and get away with it!! I CAN'T AFFORD TO TRAVEL ALL THE TIME AND KEEP SPENDING MONEY TO TRY TO REDEEM SOME OF MY TRAVEL FUNDS SOUTHWEST IS HOLDING!!! SOOOO WRONG!!! I HATE SOUTHWEST AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW OF THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES.. I HOPE YOU GO BANKRUPT.

This was resolved in another thread, the op stated they were initially given incorrect information and it somehow also involved Southwest Vacations. This same topic was posted to multiple threads
