It’s true, this airline is absolutely trash. Their website and app don’t actually work. So when you change something on them, it doesn’t go through on their end and then they look at you and say sorry we can’t reinstate your ticket to give you your money back because you didn’t do anything correctly when you did but they’re at doesn’t work.
