Arlo was suppossed to help us at the Memphis International aiport. We had a very important trip planned to Houston with connections to Austin. There was 10 people in line (and he wasn't even helping the 1st person) he was on twitter and laughing on the phone not doing his job well. He was extremely not helpful and should be fired.
