The needs of all your customers don't fit into your policy. We do not know how this pandemic is going to effect our future time or HEALTH. However, we all know that we can use our money back now.
The right thing to do is to offer our money back for cancelled trips due to the Coronavirus.
Please do not copy and paste your extended travel credit policy in response to this. Please give us our money back!
