Travel Funds

I bought 4 tix to NYC for travel in July 2020 but now will not go.  However, Id like to cancel those flights and use the travel funds for another flight.  If I cancel 4 tickets, can I use all of those funds to purchase 2 new tickets?  Or do the funds from the canceled tickets have to be used for a new flight for the same passenger?  In other words, the 4 canceled tickets can only be used for those same 4 passengers to travel somewhere else?

Yes.  If there were 4 people on the original reservation, each passenger has 1/4 of the cost of the previous reservation connected to their name.  Those 4 people do not have to travel together, they can use their travel fund individually.
