I have misplaced a travel voucher and it is hard for me to believe that there is no record of this voucher when I call customer service for assistance.....
Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, LUV vouchers are basically like cash, if lost they are gone.
Here's the official wording from Southwest:
"Southwest LUV Vouchers will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed."

You could try Contacting Customer Relations and maybe they can find the voucher number and help but no guarantees since its just like dropping a $100 bill in the parking lot and not noticing until a week later no one will replace it (unless it was turned in and you get lucky)
