If i have travel rewards from prior to the policy change, but they show as no expiration date on my account, can I trust that there is actually no expiration?

I see no reason to think they would expire. If you know when they were created that will give you the definitive answer based on the announcement: "new policy that eliminates expiration dates on all Southwest flight credits unexpired on, or created on or after July 28, 2022"

Maybe I was unclear in my previous post. The travel credits were issued before the July policy change so supposedly they should have an expiration date. However, my account says "none" under the expiration date column. I really don't want to travel by the supposed expiration date but don't want to lose the credits either.

When your credits were issued is not the only thing that would make them eligible. I suspect your credits fall under the condition "unexpired on, or created on or after July 28, 2022" therefore they were adjusted to not expire.

I can't conceive of any reason why they would go away.
