Hi - I will be travelling to US in 2 months, and planning to do my domestic travel on Southwest. We are a family of 5 (including my boy of 1 year old). I am unable to add him while booking the tickets.
He will be seated in our lap, and hence we do not need an extra seat.
1. Can you please share on how do I make sure his name is in the records/ ticketing system, if I am booking the tickets online?
2. Is it okay to book 4 tickets, and just walk into the airport with my boy (with his birth certificate and passport)?
