USA Today Article - Early Bird Fee Credit - Is it true?

I read this article on USA Today:

 https://www.usatoday.com/story/travel/airline-news/2020/04/02/southwest-airlines-early-bird-check-in...

It says they are now giving a credit for the Early Bird fees during COVID-19. Is this accurate?

You ask a really good question, the only problem os that I am not aware of Southwest providing any updates about the situation.

There is! It will just likely take longer to receive a response. All your contact options are shown in the Contact Us link at the bottom left of this page. The email option will get you to Customer Relations as well.

It's true.  You have to call and it takes awhile to process.  Have all your confirmation numbers ready...give them all at one time.  They will email you a voucher for the EB credits.  You can use them for anyone!!!  THANK YOU SWA!!
