Unable to watch live tv

I have an iPhone X and have been able to watch live TV until my last two flights. Now I can watch movies but nothing else, not tracker and not TV. It pulls up a screen with a list of options but none of the links work. This past flight I had my older Samsung work phone and was able to watch on it. I deleted the app on my iPhone and reloaded it but that didn’t help

My Android motoz3 with Android 9 or later stopped working during world series.  Still not working. Live TV freezes and starts and stops.  Very jittery when does work, but only for a second or two.  Tried all the suggested fixes, nothing works.  Cleared cashe, reinstalled app, installed air player, etc.  Ideas?

I  found that even with a tablet ( no cell capability), I had to enable airplane mode and then turn on wifi in order to watch the TV.  I hope this suggesation helps someone.
