Can SWA provide to me a report showing my unused travel funds?

No, it's up to the customer to track their own travel funds. You can reference cancelation emails or if you remember specific trips you canceled, use the confirmation email to find the confirmation number. I recommend using a spreadsheet if you do a lot of canceling/rebooking. I store mine in a Google sheet so I can access it from anywhere on multiple devices.
