Urgent Plea for transporting rescue puppy Houston to NY

I'm trying to find crew or traveler that will take this little rescue puppy from Houston to NY. His foster will pick him up in Kennedy if that's where he lands. The caretaker of this dog is an older gentleman and is in the hospital. We are trying to avoid him being brought to a shelter.

If flying Southwest then your options in the metropolitan area are Newark or Laguardia. I have also flown Southwest to Albany, and I see Long Island Islip at the airports as a destination as well.
